Frequently Asked Questions
How soon should I book?
Please book your party as soon as you can to ensure all of your theme dreams come true! No booking is too far in advance. In order to give you the experience that we prefer please book as soon as possible. Spaces are limited. You can book your event with a 50% upfront payment. Final guest count is due 2 weeks prior to the event and based on availability. Events booked 13 days or less of date requested are subject to rush fees.
How do I request my date?
Go to the Book A Consultation page and confirm with our party planning team the date you’d like to reserve. You can reserve any date by paying a $200 upfront payment. Remainder due 2 weeks prior to your event.
What is the setup and clean up time frame?
Our setup window can occur between 12 pm – 4 pm. Setup takes 2 hours or less. Cleanup begins as early as 10 am, taking 1 hour or less.
How much space is needed?
Provided space is the client’s responsibility. However, we have yet to be stumped! We will work our magic and make it cozy! We will ask for a picture of the sleepover space during our consultation period.
Can I keep a sleepover setup more than one night?
Each additional night is 50% of your package price.
How do I cancel my booking?
In the event of client cancellation, 15 days or more the client will be eligible to apply payments made to a later date upon request at the planner’s discretion and availability, but will incur a 25% cancellation fee. If the client chooses to cancel 14 days or less will incur a 75% cancellation fee and can apply the remainder to a later date upon request at the planner’s discretion and availability. This is good for 1 year from the said event date.
Do you have themes for boys?
We have themes both boys and girls would enjoy! We offer customization as well as have color choices for days! We would love to know what you have in mind. Tell us during a free consultation!
How far do you travel?
A 15-mile radius is included in your package price. Outside of that will incur a fee, but we love a road trip. We have traveled up to two hours in every direction from Roswell so far.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reschedule your event for a 20% restocking fee so that we can ensure to have the staff and items available to make your experience memorable.
What precautions do you take against COVID-19?
Saftey has always been our number one priority.
After each sleepover, all items are sprayed with Lysol and/or wiped down with Clorox wipes. All linens are laundered in Free & Clear detergent in hot water. We have also added Lysol disinfectant laundry detergent to the mix for good measure. All spot clean only items are disinfected and steamed.
